FAQ

What makes Walk the Talk unique?

Walk the Talk creates a rare space for ORSC™ practitioners and alumni to explore what it means to live the work, not just apply it.

Through deep dialogue, reflection, community, and experiential practice, participants are invited to examine how they relate to themselves, how their many selves dance with the many selves of others, and how they participate in the wider systems around them.

The 5 core ORSC™ modules focus on developing the frameworks, skills, and practices used to work with relationship systems. Walk the Talk is different.

It offers space to deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and the larger systems you are part of, while exploring how you embody Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI™) in your everyday life and leadership.

Not at all. Walk the Talk is for anyone interested in deepening how they show up in relationship with others.

The program can also be valuable for leaders who want to bring the same awareness, mindset, and way of relating into every part of their lives—not only at work, but also in their relationships, families, and communities.

Yes. The program is designed to complement your learning rather than replace or advance you through the certification pathway.

The prerequisite is simply completion of an ORSC™ Foundation module.

This experience may resonate with ORSC™ alumni who:

  • Want a dedicated space to reconnect with their practice and themselves
  • Are curious about how they embody the work beyond coaching, facilitation, or leadership roles
  • Value learning through dialogue, reflection, and community
  • Wish to deepen their relationship with self, others, and the larger systems they participate in
  • Are looking for an opportunity to refresh and renew their relationship with Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI™)

Registration fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant who has completed the ORSC™ Foundation Module. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to elf@elfcoaching.com and are subject to approval by ELF Coaching Pte. Ltd.
