As a Skill:

Discover how coaching skills can transform your everyday interactions, decisions, and growth journey. By cultivating coaching skills, you can strengthen relationships, elevate performance, and create lasting impact in both work and life.

Benefits for You:

For Transformation:

In today’s VUCA and BANI environment, coaching is a critical skill for leaders looking
to build resilient teams and thriving cultures. By embedding a coaching approach, you can empower people to perform at their best and create sustainable growth for your organization.

Benefits for Organizations:

ORSC:

ORSC™ by CRR Global is the world’s first International Coach Federation (ICF)
Accredited Systems coaching program. It combines rigorous systems thinking with
coaching to unlock the potential of groups. With over 20,000 practitioners across 18
countries, it sets the global standard.

Coaching Methodology

Our coaching methodology fosters growth and transformation across individuals, teams, and organizations by building leadership skills, resilience, and systems awareness. It leverages team dynamics and engagement to drive personal insight, impact, and collective effectiveness.

Where We Help Clients Create Sustainable Change

Every engagement starts where it matters most: with the people inside your organization. These are the areas where our coaching courses create change that holds.

Leading Transformation

Transformation succeeds or stalls based on the people leading it. Our coaching programs equip leaders and teams with the clarity, alignment, and confidence to navigate structural change, mergers, growth phases, and cultural shifts, and bring others with them through the process.

Belonging is built in the day-to-day, in who gets heard, how feedback is given, and the decisions that shape team culture behind the scenes. Our coaching programs help organizations develop the competencies to foster psychological safety, sharpen awareness around decision making, and create environments where every person contributes fully.

Ask a leader what their culture is like, and they may describe the culture they hope to create. Ask their teams, and you may hear a different perspective. Our coaching programs help close that gap by equipping managers and leaders with the skills to build trust, hold accountability, and create a shared sense of purpose that people feel and acknowledge.

Three qualities can strengthen professional practice: the mindset to lead through uncertainty, the heart-set to connect and empathize, and the skillset to act with precision. Our programs develop all three, because growth that lasts asks for more than surface-level change.

When conditions are volatile, leadership quality becomes a defining factor. Our coaching programs help leaders think clearly under pressure, hold ambiguity without losing direction, and guide their teams with honesty and composure, even when the path forward is still taking shape.

Coaching is most powerful when it connects to real organizational goals. This helps leaders and their teams develop the awareness and judgement needed to lead through complexity. We work alongside HR leaders, L&D professionals, and executive teams to design programs that build capability at scale, develop high-potential individuals, and deliver outcomes that matter beyond the training room.

Unresolved tension rarely resolves itself. Our coaching programs help individuals and teams develop the communication skills and self-awareness to address what is difficult before it becomes costly. When people learn to surface friction constructively, better relationships and better results follow.

At the heart of our approach to lasting results are the relationships people build and sustain. That is why we’ve made it our lifelong mission to support professionals in developing the relational intelligence to build trust across teams, navigate interpersonal dynamics with care, and sustain their own wellbeing over the long term. Better results begin at ELF.

Every meaningful shift in a team, a culture, or a career begins with a conversation. Our programs train leaders, managers, and coaches to listen with full attention, ask questions that open new thinking, and communicate in ways that bring out the best in every person they work with.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sets ELF’s coaching programs apart from other coaching courses in Singapore?

At ELF, every program is built around more than skill transfer. Grounded in a systems-inspired approach and human-centered transformation, our programs combine experiential learning, structured practice, and real-world application to support meaningful shifts in how people lead, coach, collaborate, and relate. Rather than focusing solely on frameworks and techniques, we aim to develop the awareness, presence, and capabilities needed to create lasting change.

ELF Coaching is a licensed provider of ORSC™ through CRR APAC, delivering the world’s first ICF-accredited Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching program in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. The curriculum is designed to support the development of coaching competencies while reflecting the professional and ethical standards associated with ICF-aligned coaching practice.

Pre-requisites vary by program. Some courses are open to anyone who are looking to grow as a leader or practitioner, with no prior coaching background required. Others, particularly at the advanced level, require prior completion of foundational modules. The ORSC Intermediate series, for example, builds directly on ORSC Fundamentals. Where pre-requisites apply, they are listed on the individual program page. If you’re unsure whether a course is the right fit for where you are, reach out and we’ll help you figure it out.

Our “As a Skill” programs are designed as an accessible introduction to coaching and explore how coaching skills can be applied across different situations and contexts — whether you’re leading teams, managing people, supporting colleagues, parenting, or navigating everyday conversations. Participants develop practical skills such as active listening, powerful questioning, and coaching-based communication that can be integrated into both work and life.

If your goal is to pursue professional coaching credentials or deepen your development as a coach, you may wish to explore ORSC™, an ICF Level 2 accredited coach training pathway that supports progression toward ACC, PCC, and ACTC credentials.

Yes. We work with organizations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East to design and deliver coaching programs at scale. Whether you’re looking to upskill a cohort of managers, build a coaching culture across departments, or develop high-potential leaders, we can shape an approach that fits your organizational context, timelines, and goals.

For those wanting to be a credentialed coach by the ICF, our team can advise on how your hours and training for ORSC™ count toward your ACC, PCC, or ACTC pathway. Graduates of our ORSC™ program working toward broader personal and professional development receive the ORSC certificate. If you’re working toward a specific coaching credential, we’re happy to walk you through it.

While ELF is not primarily a life coaching provider, many of the themes explored in our coaching programs and coaching engagements — such as self-awareness, values, leadership presence, relationships, and personal growth — are relevant to both professional and personal life.

Our work is particularly focused on leadership, teams, organizations, and the relationship systems people are part of. At the same time, we recognize that these systems extend beyond the workplace, which is why we also offer programs that support families, couples, key relationships, and important areas of life.

Yes. Coaching supervision is a vital part of maintaining professional standards and continuing to grow as a practitioner. It offers a structured, reflective space to review your coaching practice, work through ethical questions, and develop greater self-awareness in your work. Contact us to learn more about our supervision options.

The learning doesn’t stop when the program ends. ELF runs events, workshops, and coaching community gatherings where graduates come together to share, reflect, and grow. For those who want to continue developing as coaches, there are opportunities to assist at our ORSC™ programs, join our panel of associates, and deepen your learning through ongoing involvement.
