Module 3 of the ORSC™ Series
Every relationship system — whether a team, organization, or family — operates through a web of roles and structures that shape how people connect, collaborate, and fulfill shared purpose.
Geography™ explores these invisible frameworks to help you bring awareness, clarity, and alignment to complex systems. You’ll learn to map both functional and emotional roles, navigate transitions, and gracefully support relationship systems as they move from storming to norming — creating alignment, trust, and stability.
Building on the Fundamentals/ORS@WORK and Intelligence™ modules, this course deepens your understanding of how roles and structures evolve over time, equipping you to lead with empathy, adaptability, and systemic awareness.

By the end of this module, you’ll gain 7 practical tools and 1 key skill to navigate roles and structures with confidence and insight.
Each ORSC™ module builds on the last, expanding your capacity to coach and lead through a systemic lens.
To join Geography™, participants must first complete ORSC Fundamentals (or ORS@WORK) and Intelligence™.
