Navigating The Teen Years
Because growing up shouldn’t mean growing apart.
As children enter the teen years, conversations at home can begin to shift.
What used to feel easy may now feel tense, distant, emotional, or difficult to navigate. Some parents find themselves walking on eggshells. Others feel shut out, exhausted by repeated conflict, or unsure how to respond when emotions run high.
This guided workshop experience is designed for parents who want to better understand what may be happening beneath their teen’s behaviour — while also becoming more aware of their own reactions, communication patterns, and triggers.
Rather than offering parenting theories or quick fixes, the programme creates space for honest reflection, practical conversations, and small but meaningful shifts that can improve connection over time.
This is not therapy.
Not counselling.
And not about becoming the “perfect parent.”
It is a reflective and practical workshop experience focused on helping parents navigate emotionally charged moments with greater awareness, calm, and intention.
