The International Coaching Federation (ICF) estimates that more than 150,000 new team coaches will be needed globally to meet the rising demand for collaborative, relationship-focused leadership.

 

The Fundamentals of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) is a two-day experiential course that introduces the core principles and tools of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™)—the ability to recognize, understand, and consciously influence the web of relationships within any system.

Whether you coach teams, lead organizations, or simply want to create healthier dynamics at work and at home, this course equips you to see, name, and shift the invisible forces that shape collective behavior.

ORSC™ is the world’s 1st ICF-Accredited systems (team) coaching training program by CRR Global since 2003. ORSC™ Fundamentals serves as an entry point to an ICF Level 2 and ACTC accredited pathway.

 

By completing the ORSC™ Fundamentals course, you will receive a certificate and qualify for 12 ICF Continuous Coaching Education Units (Core CCEUs).
