Systems Integration™ is the fifth and final module of the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) series — the space where everything comes together.
After completing this module, you’ll be equipped to confidently apply Relationship Systems Intelligence™ in any setting — from teams and organizations to families and communities.

Over three immersive days, you’ll integrate the 27 skills and 40+ tools gained throughout the program and take your systems coaching practice to mastery.

Through hands-on coaching, real-world simulations, and reflective supervision, you’ll refine your ability to see, sense, and shift relationship systems with grace and confidence.

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this module, you’ll be able to confidently integrate and apply the full ORSC™ methodology in live coaching environments.

  1. Assess and Design System Coaching Plans
    Evaluate team or organizational dynamics, identify systemic challenges, and create tailored coaching plans.
  2. Apply ORSC™ Tools in Practice
    Use the complete suite of ORSC™ tools and skills to coach teams and partnerships toward alignment, trust, and performance.
  3. Practice in a Safe, Feedback-Rich Environment
    Engage in live team-coaching sessions, receive real-time feedback, and refine your approach through peer and faculty guidance.
  4. Read and Respond to System Dynamics
    Deepen your ability to stay present, sense energy shifts, and coach what’s happening in the moment with agility and awareness.
  5. Integrate Your Coaching Toolkit
    Confidently work across advanced tools and approaches, enhancing your value as a practitioner and enabling you to guide teams and organizations toward sustainable transformation.
