ORSC Intelligence
Intelligence™: A Roadmap for Change
Module 2 of the ORSC™ Series
Change is constant, inevitable, and essential. How teams, organizations, and communities respond to change reveals their health and resilience.
Intelligence™ equips you to navigate the emotional undercurrents of transformation with clarity and confidence. You’ll learn how to guide teams gracefully from norming through storming stages, helping them stay connected, adaptive, and growth-oriented — even in times of disruption.
This module builds on the foundation of Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence, taking you further into Relationship Systems Intelligence™ — the awareness that every relationship system has its own wisdom, patterns, and capacity for change.
What You’ll Learn
Through experiential practice, you’ll develop 5 tools and 6 key skills to lead systemic change with insight and impact:
- Harness the Power of Deep Democracy
Ensure every voice in a system is heard — even the unpopular or unspoken ones. Surface hidden perspectives to build inclusion, trust, and shared ownership. - Boost Energy and Engagement
Cultivate positivity and motivation to help teams stay connected and productive during change. - Recognize Systemic Responses to Change
Identify where a team or organization sits on the change curve and respond effectively to its emotional and behavioral patterns. - Work Skillfully with Conflict
Transform tension into alignment. Learn to stay neutral, hold space for differing views, and help systems use conflict as a catalyst for growth. - Read Between the Lines
Notice what’s said — and unsaid. Decode mixed messages and subtle signals to uncover what a system truly needs to move forward.
