1. Who is this coaching designed for?

This program is designed for C-Suite executives, senior directors, and functional heads who are responsible for shaping strategy, leading transformation, or driving system-level change. It is ideal for leaders who want to strengthen influence, deepen self-awareness, and align personal leadership vision with organizational strategy.

While Executive Coaching focuses on developing individual leadership capabilities and performance, Senior Leader Coaching goes further—it expands perspective to the systemic and strategic level. The work is about leading through complexity, fostering collaboration across boundaries, and shaping culture from the top.

A standard engagement spans 6 sessions over 4–6 months, supported by a 2-day ORSC™ Fundamentals course. Sessions are 60–75 minutes, held virtually or in person. The engagement may also include a Team Culture & Alignment session to help translate insights into team-level impact.

We begin with a chemistry session or a coach panel where leaders meet one or more ELF coaches. This allows you to experience different coaching styles and choose the partnership that best aligns with your goals, personality, and context.

Our approach integrates Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), Emotional Intelligence, and Systemic Leadership principles. Depending on the engagement, we may include assessments such as the Hogan Leadership Suite or 360° stakeholder feedback to provide deeper insight and focus areas.

At the start, we co-define success indicators tied to both behavioral change and strategic outcomes—such as improved team alignment, communication flow, or decision clarity. Mid-point and end-of-program reviews help track progress and capture tangible business impact.

Yes. All coaching conversations are strictly confidential, in line with ICF ethical standards. Aggregate themes may be shared with sponsors only with your consent and in service of your coaching goals.

Yes. Many senior leaders extend their engagement to include joint sessions with their teams. These sessions help build alignment, improve collaboration, and embed systemic intelligence across the leadership group.

Following your initial enquiry, we typically schedule chemistry sessions within two weeks. Once you’ve confirmed your coach and scope, the engagement can begin immediately or aligned to your leadership calendar.

Our Senior Leader Coaching program starts from SGD $16,500, which includes six one-to-one sessions, the 2-day ORSC™ Fundamentals course, and a Team Culture & Alignment session. Optional add-ons such as the Hogan Leadership Suite are available at additional cost.
