Coaching for Alignment using Lands Work
ORSConnect is a Community of Practise series that aims to build our community for ORSClings (ORSC Practitioners) in our lands. With the intention to connect, grow and deepen our relationship with ORSC and its impact in our worlds, we invite you to join us and share in this community.

Zoom Session will be locked within 10 minutes of the start time. The session will be recorded and distribution will be at the discretion of Elf Coaching.
Many teams suffer from lack of alignment, either in purpose or in action. While individual coaching helps individuals grow, organisations lack the apparatus to create alignment in a group coaching setting. Lands Work is an effective coaching intervention to help steer the team towards alignment. It helps to stretch team members into a new awareness about how their co-workers perceive both individual and shared reality.

In this session, Nafees will run a demo on how Lands Work can be used in teams, and how to facilitate an appreciation of different functions/roles/challenges in teams, building up to alignment and collaboration.
