MERITS OF TEAM COACHING

Today’s work climate presents us with new challenges around leadership, organizational structure, roles and business resilience. The demands of ever-changing needs can no longer rest on the shoulders on a few top-performing individual leaders. Organizations need to lean into their teams to drive sustainable impact and business results.

To produce organization-wide results, organizations cannot simply focus on individuals. To make those results stick, we recommend to take a deep dive into team processes, team dynamics and team leadership frameworks. Team coaching doesn’t just boost team and organizational performance – it creates the foundation for longstanding impact that exponentially grows.

In team coaching, we use high-impact methodology to deliver transformational results that not only build the collective capacity of your people by strengthening team norms, but also help you improve wider organizational strategy and culture. Team coaching complements change management, OD, transformation and culture initiatives.

Team coaching is exceptionally impactful in addressing the following pain points:

• Ineffective corporate culture

• Lack of organizational clarity during periods of transition

• Lack of clear organizational vision, mission, values and goals

• Non-structured and insufficient communication within and between teams

• Silo mentality

Case studies

Staff Developer, SG

The tools taught were very useful. To me, the toxin grid, alignment coaching, were the most helpful. Original myth is a tool that i may take up to repair and strengthen relationships. The metaskills and emotional field conceepts remind me that simply by my demeanour and behaviour, i influence the energy in the room as a leader.

Vice-Principle, SG

As most of the content was new to me, I found many parts useful. The course was heavy on experiential learning which is especially useful since this is about coaching and cos some of the concepts can be rather abstract. The systems language used consistently throughout the session was also useful in reinforcing the ideas and connections in concepts.

HR Department, SG

Sharing of examples of how the tools with reference to the Relationship Systems can be applied. The practice sessions were useful, too, providing participants the opportunity to apply some of the tools.
